Anna Witte: I did insanity and T25 and Brazil butt lift! I lost 10 pounds doing t25. I
now go gym 5 to 6 days a wk . I go because I really enjoy doing body pump
class. I also will jump on elliptical for another 40 minutes. I also will
do insanity at gym 2 days a wk. I have gone from 140 to 125 pounds. I also
have taken junk food out house and only buy fresh food. We have a produce
box delivered every Thursday and go farmer market on Saturday.

Lauren Kellie: This gave me hope! I just started eating clean and it's my first week doing
t25. I also joined a gym and had a consultation with a trainer there. He
told me for my height and weight, I'm obese. I have not been this heavy in
my life. I broke down in the car for a couple minutes. I can't afford over
$1,200 for 24 weeks with a trainer!!! I would really appreciate the help.

want to have kids I have to lose the weight. Now 3 months in my journey I'm
down 30 pounds but have a ways to go. I've done Insanity but never could
make it thur bc my bad knees and ankles. I got T-25 and started it this
week and I LOVE IT!! I can keep up most of the time and if I get tired I
look for Tonya lol I'm going to stick to this bc I want your results!

alone. Bought the T25 a month ago, have not started yet. Big birthday
coming up in June. So i have a goal to lose 15-20 more. How tall are
you? I'm 5ft 6.5". Your lean 177 against my somewhat flabby 178
LOLOL. Had a back injury a few years back and had a stress fracture in
my lower back, ever since, was unable to compete in martial arts because of
flare ups every time i work out. So, my reason for just the diet alone in
the beginning, is so that i have the discipline in my eating habits. Now
that i dropped some weight, i began with some mild strengthening exercises
to build my lower body up slowly. T25 looks intense..... I have tried
PX90... loved it. Any suggestions for those of us with prior
injuries...? Just a little apprehensive and dont want a flare up.. which
is why i'm going slow : )
