Greg Johnston: Just replaced my defective blower motor, works like a charm, thanks for the video, and the part, made it a breeze!
Jose Velez: Good video
Katie Sheppard: ihave a 2008 Saturn sky can someone help me with blower motor
MAXIMUS172: Can you tell me where the blower motor is on the 2000 Durango?
Dana W: Thanks for the video. Blower motor somehow had water in it and konked out. Man those two small screw / bolts in the back were knuckle busters for sure. Mine wasn't 7mm like the voice-over nor 10mm like the video, they were 8mm. But now our Durango is once again roasty toasty inside.
1A Auto Parts: You may want to check the fuse to see if it's good and that there's power to the AC switch. 1aauto.com 888-844-3393
TheRedLioness33: I have a 2003 dodge durango and the problem is that when you turn the knob to turn on the ac or heat nothing happens. Would that be a time where you would replace the blower motor or could that be a different problem?
1A Auto Parts: There could be an issue with the blend door not letting the cool air out of the other vents possibly. 1aauto.com 888-844-3393
mariohdz2626: Hello there ! my question is .what did the truck do when A/C motor wasn't working? or How did you find out that motor wasn't working? I have a 99 Durango that blows hot air up the dash ,even I changed to blow right to the face . its kind of crazy ,because the A/C in the back works perfect,,, any ideas will help thank you so much
Steve Smith: Hi i dont see any cabin filter on 01 dodge dakota 4.7 motor what can i do to add one
Steven Gable: Hey thanks for the video. It helped me out a lot. At least it showed me how to pull out my blower motor out of my '04 Dakota and hook it directly to the battery to see if it kicks on. It did. I guess I don't have to buy a new blower motor. I put it back in but this helped me find out my blower motor still works. Thanks! It's gotta be the resistor.
Steven Gable: Would this be the same as the 2004 Dodge Dakota? Looking under the glove box it looks very simmilar.
1A Auto Parts: We currently only have a repair video on the 04-09 Durango Blower motor fan. However there should only be three bolts that hold your 98 blower motor in place. It should be located on the passenger side under the glove box. We carry the replacement one for your truck on our website 1aauto.com 888-844-3393 Part Number: 1AHCX00103
feau amiga: can you put the same video on a durango 98
1A Auto Parts: You can re-use the screws that came out of the old blower motor.Hope this helps you out 1aauto.com 888-844-3393
breccmo: Good vid but you should of given the screw sizes and you would of cave me a few minutes, either way thanks for the vid , saved me money!
1A Auto Parts: We currently do not have an auto repair video for this particular application. There should only be three bolts that hold it in place. We do carry a replacement heater blower motor for your application on our website 1aauto.com Part Number: 1AHCX00062 888-844-3393
Strokevali Basketcase: Hey ya'll need to a video for 02 durango Heater /AC motor replacement , or is it the same for the ram for the same year..
1A Auto Parts: If your motor stopped blowing, you can test the electrical connection to see if you are getting the correct voltage to the motor. If the voltage is correct for each setting, then the issue could very well be the blower motor itself
Dave Mercado: My blower stopped working. It showed now signs of going out. It stopped at once when starting the truck. It was set to full when I started the truck, then went out at once. I replaced the resistor but this didn't fix my fan problem. Now I have removed the fan as you show here. Should I have it tested before I buy a new one? Also the heat and ac still work. Checked all fuses too.
