Robert McFee: I used to tumble with walnut shells and never lubed my pistol cases. I began wet tumbling and found it necessary to lube my cases as they were too clean. Will continue to wet tumble as I love clean shinny brass.

Their media is first rate. It's the very expensive tumbler I wanted to avoid. I saved so much on making my own tumbler, that it's like getting the media for free.
BTW, the media is 410 stainless steel. Meaning that it is the magnetic kind. And, any of the tiny loose pins can get picked up easily with a magnet.
