Did this video help you?

hammill444: Resolves rapidly, in "days to weeks." Utter, complete nonsense. The exercises presented here will do little to nothing in alleviating PF long term. They might give you some temporary--- and I do mean temporary-- relief, but that's it; the pain will return every day like groundhog day. Once you get PF-- you've go it; it won't go away, and all you can do moving forward is to try and manage it the best you can.

Suzanne Hoffmann: HeelCure.com doesn't exist. Where can I find Treatments and remedies?

Alicia Molewert: HeelCure.com also has a guide on heel pain and plantar fasciitis treatments with lots of remedies.

Americanwomen: too fast for me,

ange535: Some explanation with the treatment/ exercises would be great.

ReCharge747: Are you freakin kiddin me? I was cured just by watching this video. Thanks for all the instruction!

Robin Varghese: Why not provide some explanation for your views. I would love to try this however not sure what the marbles between the toes does or is intended to do. Please update if you can.
