IFrozenFireI: Yes it does work. You just have to try for yourself. I'm on intense training and when I saw this I was like "Come on. Just that? It's not gonna burn 500 kcal duuh, whatsoever I might try it". *30 minutes later(it took me more than 20!) HOLY SHI*! EVEN INTERMETIDIATE SPARTAN TRAINING ISN'T THAT HARD! You'll be amazed to see how much effective a scissors become when you add one crouch to every single one of them. 25 times*10 sets. You must try for yourself. You'll be amazed.

buda baap: I've read through most of the feedback on here but I just think this is a solid youtube video. My younger brother simply would like to become awesome with females. He began to understand alot from a website called Master Attraction. (Google it if you want pretty good emails on picking up girls.) The advice about picking up chicks at night clubs from Master Attraction got him his very first freaks in more than 2 yrs. I've been displeased however as I heard them all. Grrrr.

bighands69: People will not burn 500 calories with this work out. But there metabolism will burn this after. It is the after effect that matters. HIIT's based work outs like this have been research data that show it can regulate blood sugar and increase metabolism.

Alex Plamadeala: I find that HIIT (high intensity interval training) on a crosstrainer works best :) I go at effort level 6 and burn over 300cal in 20 min but after the 20min it is very hard to continue as it is very tiring :L

bighands69: People have become obsessed with the number of calories they burn while they exercise. When you finish exercising that is when the real calorie burn occurs. High intensity interval training does most of the burn after the work out is finished. When HIIT's is combined with running or walking people get the most benefit from this.

People who target those they think are inferior, try to be more than what they truly are, they believe that a physical difference is worse than a psychological difference, yet they live with a mind that requires a lot of change which they are petrified of, because then it means confronting everything they have kept under lock and key like childish little cowards. People who have truly endured hardships, struggles, pains etc, have developed the strength of humility, of fairness, forbearance to eradicate judgements etc of others and to see everyone as having their own real crap in life because although everyone is unique, so are their lives and their problems and no matter who is who, everyone deserves the right to be equal. It's just those who are too incompetent, weak and unkind who think other people must be the crutch to unburden their crape onto, which is why so many choose religion instead of facing the truth that they are the source of all their failures because they were to afraid to face the truth and treat human beings as human beings. Therefore, never ever take an ounce of abuse from people because the underlying reason they do it is to unload their own onto others because theyre too damn cowardly and irresponsible to admit their own stupid mistakes and fails leading them to misfortunes, bad choices and sometimes harmed by the affect of other peoples sick minds. Honest integral people do not act that way, only cretinous immature unintelligent imbeciles act that way, especially in a place where it's easy to throw abuse etc whilst being faceless and out of danger. Like all bullys, they're an emotional train wreck using cowardly weapons to fend off their own insecrituies so target those they deem to be below them and easy to abuse, weaker and unable to defend themselves. Its the sociopathic apath who targets the empath. The psychopath who targets the trustworthy and kind. The Schadenfreude who hunt/target the innocent. None of these people speak a true word, because they are all broken themselves. Therefore never take these abusive things seriously. If you do, you become them and that is when you fall down where you never actually put yourself. We all have heaps of crap to deal with, and the last thing we need, is to allow the crap of others to infest our lives because they're too incompetent to do what we're trying to do...and get on with life the best way we can!!! When anyone uses the word hate in a direct outward affliction, they themselves are the intolerance of the hate they have within themselves that devours everything possibly of good value in them as Human Beings. So let them fester in their inner evil minds, and protect yourself by doing what they absolutely do not expect or come up against. Being nice, being neutral, being fair, kind and returning every comment of abuse with something nice. This way, they cannot get the retaliation and the troll fight they want!!
