Francis Tang: It says "The system can't find the file specified." When checked, the dllcache folder don't contain the explorer.exe.

Truth Lives: Hi, remembering the old DOS commands I looked under C:\windows\system32 /p, and found that my version of Vista does not have dllcache. Some of these comments below are correct on the newer update of Vista, dllcache is not there.
