Milosz Ostrow: My RoboCut is 14 years old now, and still works like new. The last time I went to a barber was in 1995, a few weeks before I bought the unit. I cut the neckline by fully retracting the telescoping dial and rest the butt of the unit on my shoulders with nozzle pointing upward. The shoulders provide a reference point for an even cut, then I finish off the fuzz with a razor in the shower. I can do it all while facing the mirror and don't have to see the back of my head at all. Great product!
