Shannon Forde: To be honest I felt like you weren't all that honest in this video you were
sugarcoating your opinions
Like with the waterliner you said something like " I like eyeliners that
don't smudge straight away" so you implied that it does smudge yet you
decided not to inform us .
ItsMyParty 87: It seemed like you weren't to impressed but wanted to be nice lol
Chenni Armstrong: About her packaging, I think this is the first time I have seen a makeup
creator put her own picture on the packaging. I'm not a fan of that. Hmm..
a little narcissistic. The cheap plastics are not really high end packaging
material. It seems her lipsticks are more expensive than MAC lipsticks.
That doesn't seem right. Otherwise, the colors look bright and great.
Alina Fernandez: Only if she could reduce the prices a bit, more people would want to buy
it. I mean not everyone is so rich to spend 75 $ on a pallette of
eyeshafows you've never even tried on. You spend 75 $ and it turns out you
weren't impressed with the pigmentation. What are you supposed to do? She
told in her 20 $ makeup challenge that yeah not allll can even afford 20 $
for makeup. How the hell will they spend 75 then? If it is so expensive
there has to be some quality in the packaging atleast. That also seems just
OKAY. I dont say its bad but for 75 $ noway.
pema lhamo: To be honest, i smell some jeolousy here
liliyana balqis: is there any em product in Malaysia?
BlessTheFallenOnes: the price of these pallets has dropped! its now 59 xD
lrkmt2: just so you know there is a built-in sharpener in the eyeliner smudger. you
pop up the smudger and bam sharpener:)
patricia gunawan: what foundation/bb creams do you use in this video?
Nikatronixx: Pillow plush is the name of the lip balm line. It isn't a shade.
Rafina Diaswari: I agree with some of the comments that the packaging makes it look cheap,
even the box itself.
Fatema Baghdadi: if you remove the smudger at the end there is a built in sharpener
MissGlamBAM: if you didn't want the lip glosses next to powder products, couldn't you
just use that tool and move them so all the lip glosses were next to each
other? they look like the same size. you do seem pretty honest in your
reviews like michelle said. this is the nicest and most detailed review
i've seen of the life palette!
Runzhi Zhou: It's $60 now
Sigur 8: Definitely didn't sound honest. You kept making excuses for her products.
Just because you're not going to "bash" her line, you don't have to kiss up
to her either.
Rea Le: Michelle Phan created this with loreal . Its her brand and she inspired
alot of people . shes not narcisstic
Lilie Wright: The palette looks really messy as long as all the rounded pots are really
close to each others. Like you said, with time, powder could get on the
lipglosses. The packaging is poorely done and cheap looking, I mean come
on, is some white/transparent plastic with a black square on it worth 75$?
It just reminds me of the eyeslipsface's Custom Compact which is 5$ with
eyeshadows. And even if it justified the pricing, the quality of the
eyeshadows and lipglosses isn't surprising. The only good thing about this
palette is probably the blushes. I've been following Michelle's work for
quite a long time and I have to say that I was excited, and got
Khristine Evarita: EM cosmetics are too pricy. The palette of Victoria's Secret only cost $35
and all of it are pigmented and also has a good quality.
llamapie95: some people are really harsh... the packaging is really eyecatching and
fun. coming from a design student's point of view, it really attracts the
Loverose Blossom: Awrsome palette!! I love it!!!
Raeley: you are SOOO pretty.
86jteh: Hi Christine! Greatly appreciate if you could do a makeup tutorial using
the life palette? :)
DeavianCouture: The Colors does look chalky and its not as pigmented on your hand or your
eyes as it is on the pallet.
danielle15ann: I love Michelle but her make up line is overpriced
thailia jean coutts: Does anyone know where I can buy this other than online?????
Addie McCoy: For anyone who is thinking that this is harsh or wrong it sys in the title
review of course she's going to rate the product it's only good for us to
see what's goo and what's not going to break out our skin and to see what
it looks like in person i know u all love Michelle so do I but this is her
product it's not really saying Michelle is a horrible person cause there
might be alittle difference in opinion
AllGlamouredUp27: I don't know her well, so I wouldn't know she is extremely picky. But I do
get the sense that she will only love products that work out for. Don't we
all? Regardless, the palette appears to have many flaws and two stand out.
First, is that there is an inconsistency with pigmentation in the eye
shadow. There are some that are chalky and others that are high quality.
Second, it appears that putting the eye shadow beside the blush and the lip
stick is not a good idea since the products get mixed up. So I guess it's
not worth $75
siobhan: And I have to be honest to you, you are so pretty
Shannon Fitzgerald: So that tiny pallete has a mirror , but the huge one for $75 doesn't ?
SkitsAndScats AndAllOfThat: So much swatches
jo bi: So...some of the products aren't perfect--tough. Not everything in a
cosmetic line can be perfect at first. It's all about expirience and making
better things for yourself; just making a cosmetic line in your name is a
HUGE jump! She'll make process! I like honest people by the way. They tell
you really what's up, and honestly--that's what reviews are SUPPOSED to be
like. To review the product, good or not.
Alessandra Santhiago: i have 2 palettes and i love the Beach one..its subtle ..romantic..and what
u would expect for the beach.
youfatamorgana: Could you make a tutorial on this make up look? :)
I really like the smokiness with a pop of colour!
최재희: Jays love.
Shaked Yanko: $75?!?!?!?!?
Francheska Lasay: You look like @anneorshine
farizan rafi: Did you get all this seperated make up from the big eye shadow packege
AndSoWeLaughed: +TurningPointe65 I agree! I don't love her but am proud of her
accomplishments, but it looks so cheap! I guess the need to keep costs down
to make a profit, but for what you're paying it's crazy. Wish I could get
her ipsy box though in my country :( I also hate that she put her face on
the outer packaging...
Jo: I like your honesty. The comments were well made and I know Michelle will
hear the positive feedback!
CupCakeGangsta: Can you do a hair tutorial for this hair style?
BrainyCrafter: There are two lip glosses in each four of the individual. The one is
supposed to be sheer, nthe other one is matte
MMHazelnutLatte: looks so cheap
Christina Baxter: Its too expensive ugh
Echo Yang: It's funny that she and I are the opposite on mascaras .. I'm a huge
mascara girl too , but I would honestly say that for me , the em mascara is
probably the best mascara I've tried and the falsies mascara is probably
the worst haha , it's just that I feel like the falsies was hyped up too
much~ or idk maybe it does work super well for others .. Who knows haha~
but yeah em for me and huge dislike on the falsies heehee ^^
Hieu Phan: The packaging looks cheap, so the cosmetic does
Becca Grace: Honestly they should of gave the students more time to develop the
packaging ...u can tell it was designed in 2 days...
Irasema Yanez: I have seen the reviews and tutorials going around on YouTube about this
products but I never stopped to watch any of them i thought it would be
like ELF products. Cheaper drugstore cosmetics. The packaging does LOOK
cheap the white and the label doesn't really attract my attention and based
on the reviews i don't think i will be purchasing anything from her. Based
on what i have seen these are very low quality OVERPRICED products high-end
OhSoAle: So boring and dry.
sandyteeful: Thanks for this review and being honest about the products! :) This helps
Lydia Grace: Just for some perspective to everyone complaining about the price, the
Naked Palettes all have 12 eyeshadows and are $62 (where I live), this has
24 eyeshadows, 4 blushes and 8 lip products, for $59. (Michelle lowered the
price recently) this is a much better deal.
