Rodney B Jennings: When towing loads gearing is everything, in the 60s 2 ton trucks used 6
gasoline engines, but they were geared to pull also won't run over 50 MPH,
can't at least match up the rear end ratios don't wast my time. They sound
a second rate car salesman, you can't get this truck with a lower rear axle
Salesman have been telling me you can't get trucks with manual windows,
and only 2 doors any more, recently I purchased 2 of them for half the
price of these
Glenn West: This video took me from 60 to 0 in a mere 9 minutes and 49 seconds.
I started out with the attitude of "What a great idea to test and post
results of the Big Three 3/4 ton diesel pickups on youtube!" And then, to
my complete disbelief, at the end of the video the host announces that the
video camera fell off the vehicle, the test team was running out of time
and had to head for the airport, and a final comment to the effect--"Hey,
viewers, sometimes these things happen and we can't tell you which truck
won"--and asks us to tune in again. Tune in again? Are you CRAZY? You waste
my time by putting up a video that tells me next to nothing and you think
I'm going to tune in again?
And I also agree with the other comments here about gearing. As a mechanic
friend was said, "You can gear a refrigerator motor to pull a freight
train, but it won't pull it fast."
I think I'm done with The Fast Lane...
Jason Joseph: This might as well had been a Chevy commercial!!!!
roger brandt: I'm a chevy guy always been always will be, but is this test ever biased.
Make it fair chevy, not impressed.
Mass Report: I guess i don't need to finish watching this video... sounds like the chevy
dennis be: Thanks for the Great Video, After watching this I'm convinced I will buy
the Dodge All the Wayy!
whalersport: thought it was a chevy? not that it matters but note the last few seconds
of video when they pick up the lost camera as he walks around back of truck
its a GMC? epic fail
chieeeeef: This is a doggone CHEVY Silverado commercial.
sokodad: I've been a Chevy guy for most of my life. I've owned numerous Fords. I've
owned numerous Chrysler products. I've had good and bad in all. I had a 6.7
Ford SD for a company truck for nine months before leaving the company. I
was very impressed and loved the truck. I've driven the Duramax which was
also nice. Never drove the Dodge. All in all I'd take any of the three.
Preference given to Ford. That's coming from a Chevy guy. I love my 1500
Silverado and it's been a good truck. I'm not going to argue over truck
brands because to each their own.
ThePeavey23: Wow im calling TFL a shot show and it soon will end. Chevy Stopped making a
good trucks when they went to IFS in 1988 , If you want a Mini VAn Front
end with a aluminum Diff housing with CV shafts and Tooth pick Tie rods buy
the Chevy. now if you want a Real truck buy the Ford Not the FIAT Oooops im
Mean dodge O Wait No RAM . When Cumins leaves they will probably Use a
motor from a fiat Panda
Daniel Tubbs: What a horse crap test. Does the DPF tank still hang damn near the ground
on the Chevy because the Dodge and Ford have actual ground clearance and a
Joe Dirte: Newby here. Someone explain to me the difference gear ratios make. They
mention 3.37 v 3.42... A little help?
xJayFitz: wow, these guys are freaking retards
7.3 powerstroke!: Chevy wont be able to keep up with horsepower they will have to make a new
ford has made tons of different engines in the past.
MrGhostwolf999: Waste of 10 minutes. Those guys SUCK! Unprofessional
Ellys YZF: I'm a Ford guy IMO this is very biased the Ford and Dodge with 3:42 and 3:31
and the Dodge only has 800ft lbs the high output has 850 can only get in
1ton and up.
hayden c oberrick: Heh no offence but we got men here like mice and other male animals we
sully676: wow i like Chevy but could this review get any more biased "welcome to our
3 truck review where we will only review our truck"
DAN THMAN: you can tell which brand they are partial to in the intro.
DOUCHEBAG JR: I just wanna find a good review lol thinking about getting a diesel
Corey Cronister: Ha ha love it chevy pays TFL to advertise their truck when the trucks
aren't apples to apples. Well if you will notice in future episodes all
three trucks are apples to apples and they go up Ike gauntlet and ford
comes in first dodge second and chevy third.
vettet1: boy that chevy guy wasnt happy when you said 25 seconds lol and ford is the
best out there
Stovetopstew: Not the best comparison video.
Adam Woods: The editing is so bad it's making me question the authenticity of this
Lanny Rafa: Chevy's are hands down the most unreliable truck made. Why would anyone be
a chevy Consumer report's says so. I found out the hard way. And their
Kyle Lacoste: Why does it matter which truck is better? I mean I like all of the 3/4 ton
trucks, each has its flaws and high points. I'm glad I am not a fan boy of
just one brand of truck and open to try more then just what most people
Lethal Snipes: anyone find it strange ford won the first competition and they didn't say
anything about it then they said they didn't have time for the second test.
I think Chevy who clearly funded this just didn't want anybody to realize
their trucks are bad
jeepcj5100: I have a 2000 chevy w/7.4 gas and banks system and a gearvendor over/under
on it. My truck has 61,000 miles and I thought about replacing it this
year but based on this comparison....I'll keep mine. This video is
terrible. The guy driving the chevy is annoying and doesn't know s...
about the truck he is driving. Thanks for convincing me to save 60+
chillin Steve: Which truck stopped at 60mph so i will not get that truck??
Ben Wiers: It was pretty conveinient that the camera fell off before you got to test
the powerstroke that would WASTE the Chevy in towing.
rangersct: Incomplete review...garbage
Leave Mark: Wow I watched for 9 minutes only to find out the test failed...um...ok
Joel Stanczyk: You edit these yourself on youtube don't you?
I'm pretty sure you live in Colorado, do you want help with these videos?
You seem to have the networking figured out to get trucks to test but
there are some seriously lacking pieces to these productions.
Chris Joseph: WTF is ths. I can't believe I literally just made a comment on how I like
these guys and they post an unfinished video like this.
Lanny Rafa: You can't beet a cummins but the quality of dodge trucks has gone down
Lake Daisy: I'm a Chevy guy and still trying to find out why this worthless video was
posted? Seems the several Chevy/Ford/Ram comparisons I've watched are
completely worthless. I would like to find a video which has testers with
some skill and integrity test the same trucks, with the same gearing, with
the same trailer weight do a comparison.
brian Huff: " we don't have time " , " the camera broke " , ... sounds like " my chev
lost so I'm taking my ball and going home :'( "
santiagomel00: So chevy "couldn't" get the rest of the trucks in 3.73?? How about you give
them one with a 3.08 chevy!
Evad C: Wow congratulations for waisting 9:48 minutes of my life that I will never
get back. BTW Chevy knew what the hell they were doing when they gave them
a 3.73 rear end. Of course the other trucks are gonna go by them, they
have a lower gear ratio. Its not going to get the RPM's up high enough to
use the engine brake. SMH
salvador cuellar: that only happens in your dreams in real life no bull crap dodge wins .
angytto: that was a waste of time. If you could not finalize the video why did you
even post it?
Peter Praker: easily the dumbest review video i have ever seen. if you accomplished
nothing - why the hell did you post it. at least mow i know not to watch
azrailroader: I'm out shopping for trucks right now and have to say, this video was
absolutely worthless in helping me decide between the Duramax and Power
Stroke. Pretty much looked like a Chevy commercial to me.
racinjason68: This video is a Joke... Really King of the hill, and Chevy suppies the
trucks, all with different gears?? Hmmmm wonder who will win. Not
worth watching the whole video.
Clint CuDi: All I gotta say is. GM=GOVERNMENT MOTORS. Ford didn't have to get bailed
out by the government. Ford all the way!
ShawnYuken: I'm sorry, but this video was horrible. I never comment on YouTube videos,
but this was a waste of time. This entire video leading up to an "oops we
dropped the camera so we have to go look for it" and combine this with no
results?!?! This was a waste of time and you should not have posted this.
All this video did was discredit yourself and your team. I will never watch
another video that you post.
kell490: What is this video the Chevy show. The entire video was shot from the Chevy
Tracs Boss: ok well there is 10 minutes of my life ill never get back.
Solecollecter24: Your numbers were wrong on the powerstroke.
PapaSmurf_Mustang: Wow, imagine that, A test backed by Chevy. All I kept hearing was Chevy
says, Chevy says, Chevys says..... Chevy truck is the best because it can
go slow down a hill..... and then end the video with many flaws, no
comparison numbers. Is there not one video that fairly shows a comparison
and lets the consumer choose which truck is the best based off of hard
2015 Chevy Silverado 2500 vs Ram 2500 vs Ford F-250 Diesel Towing Test Matchup2.5
out of 5
Rex1987: this looks cool. Arin Jäger: I must have this... for reasons muhd hafizudin: Hi,
How about GPS, does it worked well?
I owned a ZOPO ZP980, the GPS has error about 50 meters, so, my current
road position is misplaced on the adjacent road, this really annoying.
Did Lenovo P780 has this problem? SeanParraFreak: Up FTW<3 GerchVomBerch: Good Job! To compare check out my vid with a 1 stroke from Austria :)
von Stetten a.k.M. nach Thiergarten mit KTM 690 SMC-R Supermoto Falaserio: Does it runs Mac oS? robidon: really great !
