astew101: As you see, most every pit master has his own technique! I being no
different! I make my own seasonings, marinades and I think 1 of the things
that makes my meats a step up above a lot of others is I incorporate juices
in my marinades! Like Pineapple, Apple & White Muscadine grape juice! Check
