bruce westfall: Very nice. No stupid pulsing music. Thanks. No having the first 5 minutes
being an offscreen voice talking about what he will do. Awesome. You speed
thru the easy parts and now I know that I need a 7mm, 10 mm, 14mm socket
and 14mm wrench.
I will buy something from you someday in thanks. Bookmarked Liked and

1A Auto Parts: @johndeer2780 You may be able to. The best thing to do would be to join an
online Dodge Ram forum to see if any of the member have done this and what
would be involved with the swap. Hope this helps you out.
johndeer2780: hey can i replace my 02 ram 4.7 liter with the 03 5.9liter engine in my
2002 ram quad 2wd
Dylan Guillory: Where does it say how many amps it has
1A Auto Parts: If it's the correct alternator for your vehicle, unhook the battery and
transfer the wires from the old alternator to the new, they usually only go
on one way so that you do not connect anything the wrong way. If it's bad
we sell NEW alternators on our website 1aauto.com or you can call our sales
staff @ 888-844-3393 Have a great day.
1A Auto Parts: If you go to one of your local auto parts stores they can test it for you
to see if it's OK.
1A Auto Parts: @x2eZxteam You're welcome. Thank you for visiting our auto repair channel
1A Auto Parts: @PaloSouvannavong A screeching belt is one sign especially on a vehicle
that has a self tightening serpentine belt. Lights dimming with lower
engine speed is another sign. If your battery warning light comes on at an
odd time that is the sign of a bad alternator. Many times an alternator
gives out with little warning. There is no real set period for replacing
them. I have had them go at 70K and last through 100K+
x2eZxteam: great directions!! I only needed to write down the wrenches and socket
sizes, the rest was burned into my mind like an old memory. I didn't even
have to think about what I was doing and it only took me 25 minutes. Thanks
a mill !!!
Dave Lubovinsky: Great video, Mike! I followed your directions to a T and had the alternator

1A Auto Parts: At the beginning of the video we explain and list all of the tools you

you should need. 1aauto.com 888-844-3393
909belizeanboy: What size sockets are needed?
PaloSouvannavong: How do you know when your altenator is going out? How often should it be
replaced? My suv is at 87,000 miles and never had it changed. Should i be
changing it soon? Thanks for the awesome video.
truthornothing pena: Thnx for the uploade
1A Auto Parts: You may want to check to see if there's a draw on the battery which is
causing it ot go dead.
