jorjthemorj: What does it say I can't watch my video atm
sparta2331: Because it doesn't say your carrier even you pull down your notification bar. It says something else.
jorjthemorj: No I didnt why?
sparta2331: How did you change the carrier name?
jorjthemorj: You would need a to find a ROM that is android 4.1.1 and flash that instead
LoveSTER: Do you know how to downgrade back to 4.1.1?
Oytun Başustaoğlu: It probably is 4.1.2 and you can update wirelessly if it's there. Of course it's easier but sometimes wirelessly it may come to your phone a little late and if you don't want to wait Kies is the way to go. When you plug in your phone to your pc via usb and open Kies it will check updates and as i remember it'll pop up but in case it doesn't search it in youtube or internet and you'll find it easily. You won't lose your data but get a backup with Kies just in case something goes wrong
AliRazaBH: Oh I see. I have a software update of 287 MB. Is that of Jelly Bean 4.1.2? Actually it's easy for me to update it wirelessly rather than updating it through kies. But I can also update it to 4.1.2 wirelessly, right? By the way what is the method of updating it through kies? And one more thing I'd like to know. Will I lose my data? Like pictures, videos, contacts etc? Or it will remain in my phone without getting damaged? Thanks :)
Oytun Başustaoğlu: If you have the stock s3 rom the official update is not ready yet for 4.2.2. This is a custom rom. But official 4.1.2 has already arrived a long time ago to get that install kies to your computer and update by following firmware update instructions. Wireless updates may be late or even skip your phone so do it manually if you can :)
AliRazaBH: Great. I'm using the Galaxy S3 with ICS 4.0.4. When will I get the official update of Jelly Bean 4.2.2? The official method is "Go to settings = About Device = Software Update = That's how you update your device wirelessly. Am I right?
jorjthemorj: No I don't think there is one sorry but the FoxHound rom does have a working fm radio app and that rom is similiar to this one :)
Dare: Fm radio app?, not internet one...
jorjthemorj: The battery life is great, pretty much the same as the stock rom
Niranjan mn: Battery life ?
